Hello guys, is it safe to post articles in my site from a site that was suspended by his hosting? the total pages indexed were 18, but now because of the suspension only 4 remainded:Capture.PNG

A suspended site could be for any number of technical reasons, and all that content could come back at any time.

If the domain expires and the content doesn't popup elsewhere, that would be a good sign that the site has been intentionally abandoned, but I wouldn't take the risk with a potentially temporary suspension.

The suspension now has a month or so, I always kept an eye on it since the suspension... But who knows...

I'm now wondering if it is safe to poste those articles that were deindexed

should be ok, worst that can happen is that if the old site comes back up and you wont rank.
however could also happen that google will prefer your copy then, especially if the old owner moves hosting or even the domain.
its very unlikely that your site would get any issues from SE's other than not ranking with these articles, but you should have a good chance that it will just work fine.

Thanks @itz_styx, the idea is worth a try at least.

exactly, just try it out its a good idea.
its always best to test things yourself to see if/how they work :)

If the site is suspended, it may be reactivated again

If the domain has been DEAD (expired) for at least 2 years, chances are high its archived content in the WayBack Machine may be fair game

Legally speaking, the owner can still come after you since copyright law rewards PUBLICATION... Think of it like DEAD BOOKS... Just because a book is out of print doesn't mean the original owner loses his/her rights.

The only thing that I would do for the sake of ethics is if he returns the site and even Google loves and favors my copy, I will delete and start over with a fresh content, otherwise, if he abondoned the site, I have the full rights to take over the content because if it was not me, then other competitors will notice and would not think twice.
