Maybe you're so used to your low quality diet that you fail to notice its adverse effects. Try a multivitamin for 1 week and watch your life change. It's an assumption based on experience, I eat pure junk all day everyday, like literally pure junk. Sometimes I have chocolate and crisps as a meal. I rarely ever eat anything healthy. I don't eat fruits, I don't eat much veg I'd say fried chips are the only veg I eat, and I drink pepsi max all day long.
And if my unhealthy as fk diet doesn't cause me to be deficient in anything, then god knows what you actually have to eat as a diet to be deficient. And before you say it, yes I went for blood tests to check my deficiency multiple times at the doctors, no deficiencies found on multiple occasions. And the funny thing is, I rarely go outside even without the pandemic.
Now you said I'm spreading misinformation based on not quoting any studies, well now you need to quote something to prove me wrong otherwise you are spreading misinformation by saying I am spreading misinformation without proof.
When we don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables, we miss essential nutrients, which can lower our risk for heart disease, stroke, cancer, and other health conditions. According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), adults should consume 1.5-2 cups of fruit and 2-3 cups of vegetables daily. Yet, in a recent CDC study, they found that 76% of adults don’t eat enough fruit and 87% of adults don’t eat enough veggies.
I just proved you wrong. Now prove me wrong.
