hy
i`m newbie in using tweet attacks to gaining followers by doing follow and following task. technically, in one day, i follow 900 people from a list, and get 50%+ following back. 20 hours later, i unfollow about 500+ accounts who didnt followback me using manageflitterDOTcom. i repeat this task daily for my 10 accounts, with same ip created, and just doing follow and following task to gaining follower. today is my 3rd day i doing this task. is it safe to do without getting baned?

In my experience, I'd say 10 accounts on one ip with that strategy (which is quite aggressive), is not safe - I might be paranoid, but when I was doing that, everything started slowing down - for example when I was finding followers of particular users, results were taking ages to pull in, I figured this was probably one stage before getting banned - so I started using proxies for each account and everything has been running much more smoothly.

That's just what I've found.

wew. sounds like i must start using proxy in this 4th day. what about 3 accounts per ip? is it still safe?

It depends on how many followers you have.
Don't forget that there's IP limit too.
Watch max follow/unfollow statistics and to not cross the line.
