Is it possible to run Jingling bot on Linux based VPS?

Use your own PC at home to try out instead of wasting money for a start. This will help you to ascertain the earning potential. Just a reminder, jingling foreign traffic (aka outside of China) are mostly VPS ips. And most of them are already blacklisted by major advertising platforms. Apart from that Jingling only has a maximum of around 50,000 unique IPs per day for foreign traffic. In China, they have almost half a million real IPs for deployment.

well, just google "cheap vps" and you will find plenty of results..
