Is it possible to remove search results?

I have been getting many mixed responses on this issue.

A client has very bad reputation online. When u search the name of his company the first few results are Tripadvisor and Yelp listings with the stars and reviews and it looks bad and is hurting his business .

We are looking to remove (de-index) those pages, is this doable these days?

you can try overtaking them in serps by other good-reviews
deindexing them you won't be able to do it
so outrank them

no its not possible aits auto google index your reviews you can request to delete your reviews after monitoring your reviews ma be deleted
