One of my friends asked me if it's possible or not when he has nothing but money (budget) to put in ads. And he saw that BH has quite a huge potential. He wants to know that is it possible to hire an agency to run ads for him?

He has more money and his work will be more favorable. BH advertising needs to use healthy advertising accounts and a proper concealment method to pass Facebook's review process.
