i think this isnt possible. you can go with some hosting service giving more bandwidth

No, it can't be done. You may consider upgrading to a VPS that gives you more bandwidth.

I am certain you will find affordable VPS that costs less than two shared hosting.

It's possible assuming you know how to setup either a round-robin DNS or or an HA proxy, but very impractical. Way better sticking to a dedicated server if the CPU load is an issue. HTH
