Yes, it is possible. But your content should be unique, give backlinks from highly authorized sites, add more guest posts, and promote it in soacial media. It will help to increase your website ranking.

for a new website? no, definitely not. in my experience new websites are sandboxed for around 3 months before starting to rank in good positions for any keywords.
if you mean for a new page on an authority website, then yeah it can be possible with very strong pbns and the usual tactics.

With all respect, obviously you don't know what you're talking about.
You can have the most strong backlinks on this planet BUT in 2020 new sites will never rank in top 5 QUICKLY.
I've launched TENS of project and I've never seen a result in the first 3/4 months.
And to be honest there are some projects, after 1 year, that still not appear.
It is superfluous to add that I know what to do and all my sites have excellent backlinks, but nonetheless they are still in the sandbox.
