Context: I have an ecommerce brand and there are a few reddit posts bashing on my brand and I would benefit a lot if they somehow get removed.
Is it possible to delete/remove someone's reddit post? Maybe mass report it or something

I don't think you can remove them if it is a review; if it contains some bad words, then I think you can remove them; better to resolve the issue with them if it is very important to you. I will suggest to leave it as it is and explain your self and why they are posting this kind of review so that people can also read your side's story.

If the subreddit has an automod rule to remove posts based on reports then you can mass report the post to remove it, if it doesn't, then the only way is to contact the moderators and possibly pay them to remove the post.

Banning the user wont delete the post though

You can contact the mod and tell them you are willing to pay and get it deleted and explain your side of why you think that post is false that might be the legit last shot you have at this then.
