Can i make many fb accounts using proxies from same device/laptop?

Yes it's possible clear your cookies cache etc
 
i have tried it already, but after making some account, fb block new accounts immediately after signup.

i am using incognito window in crome

and can u suggest some auto fb online/offline application for group posting/ grouping adding etc.
 
If facebook ban your accounts immediately, then your proxy is already banned by FB and you need new one.
 
Yes it's surely possible. you can suggested some fb online or offline group. it's helpful
 
Shubluck- try to change your proxy. If its possible, use one proxy for one account.
And if you register new account, use incognito window. Before- close it.
This mathod should be safe!
