Hello,

I will build a PBN with 50 domains. I'm not sure whether it is okay to use C class IPs for the PBN. I've searched the forum. Although most of the people say C class IPs are fine, I'm still not sure.

Is there anyone who had problem because of C class IPs or anyone using C class IPs and never had problem?

I think you should avoid C Class IPs in PBN because Google can see that all your website are hosted on the same server from the server header records. If you want to stay safe use A/B class IPs.

Use different class of ips for your PBN, Tons of tuts to explain all this just search.

If you only are doing a few PBNs then avoid class C. If you're building a LARGER network then its fine to sprinkle in a small percentage. But in general I'm not a fan, you'll find that most of the shittiest public PBNs sold are 100% class C Ip's. So unless you have to diversify to avoid a footprint go A/B IMHO.

I'm not going to link those sites to each other though. I will use my PBN domains to build backlinks for other domains. Each of those "other" domain will have max. 5 backlinks from PBN. Each of those "other" domains have at least 50 referring domains. In that case, would you still consider C class IP's as dangerous?

Try to avoid them. If it happens that 2-3 of your PBN's have C class ip by random chance it's ok, but no way you can have all your 50 domains hosted on different C class IP's. But that's just my 2c.
