Are you afraid your PBN sites are junk? I buffer PublicBN links I buy, but for my PrivateBN I build them confidently that I know how to avoid footprints and don't need to buffer them.

it is not junk my PublicBN , i just wanna build my PublicBN to my web 2.0 and the web 2.0 link to my PrivateBN
Also just to make sure PublicBN and PrivateBN what is the difference?

What @patriotnews was saying is, if you own a pbn and know how to build it so that it doesn't leave footprints, you can build links directly to your money site. This will provide the full amount of link juice to it and in case your pbn gets penalized you can just erase the link. If however the pbn is not yours and you have no control over its link profile or to whom it links to, then create a web 2.0 and point the pbn to it as a level of protection between your site and the pbn. You will get less link juice but in case things get hairy you will just erase the web 2.0 link immediately, something that may not be possible at a direct linking since you don't control the pbn yourself, and your site will not take the blow of a spam penalized pbn.

Pointing self built PBNs to web 2.0s is a waste of resources. If you spend your money on PBN and aren't confident to link it directly to a money site, then the PBN is most likely crap. Build it correctly and link it directly to money site. If it's crap, then use web 2.0s as filters, but that will massively reduce the effectiveness of the PBN links.

Buying "PBN" links is a Public Blog Network = PBN
Building a network of sites that you murder people for discovering is a Private Blog Network = PBN
They are not equal, but people often mix them, so one is a PublicBN and one is a PrivateBN, so there is no mistaking what is what.

A public BN is any network which you can buy links from.
A private BN is a a Network which only you have access too.
