Hey,
I am very new to private affiliate marketing. I wanted to know if Is it mandatory to add AFFID, SID, and CID. If yes how to do this?
I watched some videos on YouTube, but not finding exact answers.

When I worked on Amazon affiliate it was Mandatory as this is how they track your sale. I think this is also important for other affiliate as well.

Your tracking link should populate them.
Your link is being wrapped in another link, which then redirect to the offer with your parameters populated.
 
On the affiliate link, there is already an affiliate ID of my account, But I am not sure what the work of AFFID, CID, and SID parameters are
