Is it just me, or is Serpbook going downhill fast?

No longer accurate rankings and the new changes have made it slower/harder to use than it used to be.

Anyone else sharing my experiences? Looking for a new tracker now.

Yea they suck, I sent them email telling them that. I think I will try serpfox if problems keep happening

For me Serplab working fine now. No tools can provide the accurate result but will go with it which one match the best.

I left serpbook over a year ago, they are trash now.

Serplab has been working pretty good since I switched.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear you are having issues with the latest update.

We have added many new features, including brand new filter tags, improved UI, URL/KW View and significantly improved loading times on several pages.

Most of the bugs should now be fixed on our latest update, everything should be running smoothly at this time.

Please let us know what issues you are having with SerpBook and we would be glad to assist you.

Loading time for me has improved drastically, design is much better now after their updates.

As far as keyword tracking, before they were quite off sometimes, but now all my keywords have stabilized and reporting is on point it seems, might have to do with Google's 4.0 release.

In any case, I was thinking about switching a while back but waiting a bit has been worth it.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate all comments, the positive and negative.

We sent you a PM to inquire more information on how we can improve our service in the future, we look forward to your reply.

Have been using serpbook for 7 month now and most of the time I was satified with their service. Since the newest update everything is much faster and all the keyword positions I manually checked where exactly on the positions serpbook shows.

I'm using it for a while now, but I must say it's not working pretty well. Rankings are inaccurate from time to time and there has been times when the website won't load at all or loads with some css code at the bottom or at the top. But with all that, I'm having a hard time finding a better tracking tool. Serpmaker is pretty cool tool right now for me to use. It's newer and offers cool stuff like domain metrics.

EDIT:

I also posted something like this, but no one responded:

Hi there, we're sorry to hear you were having issues with SerpBook - during the end of September / early October, we were going through a few transitions (switching to HTTPs, etc) that may have caused some temporary downtime (a few minutes here and there).

Everything is stable at the moment and should be running smoothly.

Please feel free to send a PM if you are still having issues with your accuracy.

Google rankings are pretty accurate and I like the new update. Bing and Yahoo rankings are always way off this needs to be improved.

I'm closing this.

@Highschooled, if you have an issue with the provider either open a shitlist thread or get with their support.

Bumping it just to tarnish them is pretty scummy in my opinion.

Although I own a competing service, I have an account there as part of my due diligence in checking what the competition is doing and I've not seen any major issues.

Sure there are some KWs that are not exact when I manually check but that is to be expected as there are a lot of different data centers that Google uses so you are not going to get 100% perfection.

The service is just fine and I think you just have an ax to grind.

Now, go take on the day.
