Is it just me? or does SA support really sucks?

    why do I get the feeling i'm just emailing a robot?

    when SA first contacted me about my sources of traffic, i told them a valid excuse and they said okay.

    then next thing is they emailed me with a templated letter that says something like "we cannot locate the sources of your traffic.please provide a proof if you still want to stay with us."

    and so I replied to them something like "I thought we already cleared things up. anyway,to repeat every thing I...(my valid excuse here)

    Then again I received another email from them. "we cannot locate the sources of your traffic.please provide a proof if you still want to stay with us."

    WTF????

    I can't help but reply to them "do we have to keep on repeating ourselves?"

    Yah they do suck, are slow and suck so more

    I also had the impression that I've been talking to a bot, anyway their support services are really terrible, slow and inefficient.
