Spamming is not allowed in insta. But it they won't go for like any legal actions or something. In the worst case scenario, you will lose your id.

It's illegal, it's lame, it's annoying and ruins the experience for everyone. In fact, people that do shit like that are the reason why social media has so many tough rules to stop spam that end up even hitting people who have done nothing wrong. Find a real job. Actually create something and sell it. Produce something. Offer value to someone. People on IG don't wanna be getting DM's from strangers trying to sell BS.

Depends on your country if it's illegal or not. Also if you spam messages on instagram you're gonna get banned at some point.

better to invest on instagram ads if they allow your ads then it is safe to promote but don't message to many members in one go.
