Piece of string question. Yes and no is the answer.

About 1000 variables needed to properly answer the question.

And what sort of automation? backlinking, article building, social signal or building a macro.

I second this. If you are using automated Link building tools for Tier Ones I wont recommend it. But if you are using them for link juice and a boost to your lower tiers, it's preferable to use automated tools

Yes and No. No if you use Tools that are made to be used and sold publicly. If you can use it dont you ever think that google employees cannot use them and update them? Like SEnuke, Gscraper, demon links GSA's right?

Automation is good in this way. DO the links manually, Then automate what you do and use Ubot/zenno poster to create your own unique way of getting the automation done

Hypothetically, its conceivable to rank without SEO tools/Automated services. Be that as it may, it will take you a horrendous part of your time and endeavors. One can go crazy attempting to investigate a few thousand backlinks from diverse sources, checking where a site is standing is SERP, and so forth.

Concerning paid tools, you know, they simply permit you to automate some stuff effortlessly, however they aren't some enchantment SEO machine that would take your site to Google's top in a tick of a mouse.

What you ought to comprehend that SEO is an unpredictable procedure. Some of its parts ought to be done physically (composing astounding content, enhancing substance for decisive words, and so forth.), a few sections need to via mechanized to spare your time and to accomplish results less demanding (rankings check, backlink research, kwyword research, site review and so on.). Subsequently you will accomplish the top search placement.

    Good luck!

It seems like SEO automation becomes near to useless and useless every day.
Of course we can still use bots for creating accounts, or some simple tasks.
But if speaking about content or link building, only manual link building is actual nowadays.

Nowadays automation is possible in all fields but I think its not so good in case of SEO. Contents made by an automation tool wont be original it may be extracted from any of the contents that were available earlier. I trust in manual SEO alone....
