I am wondering, if I do only do-follow (real HQ guest posts) from real blogs but they are all do-follow, will it Still rank?

(Idk why do-follow is blocked off in title)

If I only do do-follow backlinks to a page without any no-follow links, is this safe?

Only If you get backlinks from authority sites and not in a bulk.

It is safe and still works good. No-follow links were considered to make the artificial link building looks like natural. To be simple, It is good to have but not necessary. As long as you are making your link building campaign good as you said with real HQ blogs, it all is fine.

Are you asking if you need nofollow links to rank? No, you don't.
