the in-app browser on snap is absolute trash for pwas, it clears the session cache almost every time the app closes so user retention is basically zero. whitelisting is a pipe dream for most anyway unless you have a massive budget and a legal entity in the target geo. if you still want to try paid ads you gotta look into heavy cloaking and just accept that you will be burning accounts daily. organic is a grind but probably the only way to not lose your shirt immediately.
