Is iPhone X worth buying?

I have the X and it's overpriced af. I'd rather get 5 rooted android phones, 5 old laptops, and a decent android for personal usage for that price lol

It really depends on what you are upgrading and what you are using.

I'm deep into the Apple ecosystem so I always buy their new products (Computer, Phone, Tablets,...)

It's easier for me, everything works together, even on cars with apple carplay.

I also really love their interface and stuff and I really do not enjoy Androids but that's just me.

Now, if you clearly want an iPhone and you don't know which one to choose, the iPhone X is still a nice phone. It's last year model so it's clearly not obsolete yet.

forget it about it, juts go for Xr, worth any penny you spent

You will love ios

Apple is Premium. If you have the budget & mindset to use Premium Gadget, Go for it.

Still, if you don't need Premium Things but Features then go for Android & any Chines Brand in Cheap Price.

i would say go with a flagship phone at approx 30k and spend the rest money with the things you like to do.

Not worth is. Go for the XR or for a better Android.

I use android phone, I can play games, call someone, receive someone call, take pics. Costed only $120 on sale.

I think most of people are missing the point there, of what is the true value of the Apple eco system. Of course the question "value" dont put it on the hardware itself, they all do the same but rather look at the OS... Also if you are buying movies / books etc... you'll quickly go over the phone price itself...

I had Android phone and IOS is a clear winner for me !

I am now on the iPhone XS Max 256 + iPad pro 2018 11.9 and for desktop i got the macbook pro previous gen (2018 i guess).

The iphone is better for me at every level, including some small stuff :

1/ Break your phone while in a trip to china or any other place. With apple Care you get a replacement phone immediately at the store.
I happened to break my ipad pro screen while in Shanghai they replaced it for 30 usd in 1 hour.
While in Singapore the iphone xs max fall from my pocket on the ground, same stuff they replaced it in less than an hour.

1 year ago when my wife broke her samsung never had such big issue to get service. good luck to you to get a replacement phone the same day...

2/ Productivity wise it's perfect... Copy and paste / Notes App sync. among all ios device (universal clipboard) + backup to the cloud in the background. With Android i needed 3rd party app for this. Forget to mention that in China Google Play is blocked... You need a VPN to access anything.

3/ Try the NewsApp from apple, didnt find any equivalent. Same for the Movie app and book app. Great selection at good price synchronized between all device.

4/ Apple music is great no need to download a third party software as it's perfectly integrated with the system.

I feel the whole ecosystem is just so smooth... Of course if you are into not buying app forget it.. If you factor how much time you spend on your phone and the cost of the device it's less than 2.7 USD a day. Just drink one Starbucks instead of two a day and you will be fine...

Nope.. Nope.. Go for Xs Max if you want to. I personally uses iphone 7 and it's awesome coz i love it's size. Will wait for new iphone to come up. Then will think about upgrade.

I think even an iPhone 5s is still relevant today exept that others will look at you in a different way if you have an iPhone X. Go for it if it will bring you more money in anywaym but I doubt it
