Is IBP free?

I'm downloading the "free" version right now. I'm wondering if I'm going to have to pay for it later down the road or is it pretty much free SEO software?

IBP is not free, but the cracked version is available in the download section. It does generate a decent competition analysis report, but no much in terms of backlink generation. Two-way is dead, whereas SE submissions is not really backinking.
