Just research "Guest post" in Google, you ll get tons of sites accepts guest post. But you need to have a great content and convincing email subject line.

Of course, you should measure quality of a website where you want to place your article like DA, PA etc. Traffic and relevancy to your topic is also important. If you want to place a guest post try outreach - find websites (yeah, it's time consuming, but the result is worth it) and write to their owners explaining your purpose. It goes without saying that content you provide for guest posts should be quality and unique.
