Is google supporting black hat and illegal seo ?

You have to understand one fact that evil will always be one step ahead or advanced than angel :)

Different people, different thoughts lol (Luckily my English isn't that bad). I would hire a writer if i can't do it myself.
In the IM world you would be. It's all English.

uhhhh why would you report the site?

about your original question - google of course knows of blackhat activities, how much they actually do to prevent it is another thing.

to them, the majority of their resources go into creating a good user experience online and on the android. So, to them, banning seo methods is no where near number one on their list.

It's more so a don't as don't tell situation. They will ban anyone outright gaming the system, but, not because it is illegal, but, more so negatively influencing the online experience.

Thanks for this. But i never stop to ask. because if you want to learn you will loss something.

hahaha is it a joke? Mate, if you don't want Google to personally check what you are doing on your site, then do not report #1 site in future again just because you are not.
They have worked hard for this position

I dunno' ... I don't think I like where OP is going with all this from what I'm understanding.

This is a BH forum where we discuss black hat ways.

OP is here on BHW because he says he wants to learn everything he's against when it comes to SEO, and ranking in Google in a way that ... to answer OP's question, Google doesn't like.

Reporting a site to G because he sees there is some black hat SEO going on with it, that to me is just another form of negative SEO to get an edge over a competitor ... which is black hat SEO also.

First of all, nobody likes a tattle-tale. I'm surprised you made it to adulthood (?) without ever hearing that, sounds like a foreign concept to you.

There is no legal/illegal when it comes to backlinks. It's "Google prefers that you do this instead of that". Honestly how can anyone think that disobeying Google's terms of service results into something "illegal", really? You think cops are going to go banging on this guy's door and asking them to come down to the station and explain why he's not following Google's terms of service guide for webmasters? lol

Take a look around. Everyone here backlinks to their website. 99.999% of that is against Google's preference for how you should get backlinks to your website. You literally could have reported ANYONE on this forum. Therefore, you should suffer the wrath of everyone's scorn.

And don't think you're vindicated somehow because you don't somehow compete with this person ... that makes it all that more retarded. It's like you poached an elephant but that's ok because you're not interested in selling its tusks on the black market. Oh ok.

Love the metaphor ;)

And there is a saying that goes "work smart not hard" .. I think it would apply here :)

Thanks for getting my point dear mate.Actually i never report if a few or even half restricted links. What you say if 2200 hidden links.??

My question is, can you put those hidden links by yourself? Most probably, the answer is NO, because you actually don't know how to. SAPE registrations are closed as I heard a few days ago. So leave SAPE aside.

So, the point is.. You don't know how to do it. If you knew, you yourself would have done that and never complained. How did Facebook become so popular? By Hidden links? NO!! They became popular because they had an interesting system which many liked. So why not build a website that everyone will prefer visiting at least once a day, instead of crying here about the unfair game? Afterall, it is visitors that matter the most, not the links....

Dear Mate You don't know about the real mater.Tell me when you are designing clients websites as a company. Is it right to gave hidden links of your site along with the anchor text.I think clients never allow these types links.Further i could understand your point of view which focusing that create some Authority site which having great user attraction.I wrote many researches about this on SEO magazines. But some sites pure business nature no care about ad-sense,Amazon or Click Bank or any affiliate services. Thanks to gave me the nice suggestions. Please let me clear about this if you are the website designer is it right to gave hidden links in client's sites.?? One thing is good if client allow you you can show on Footer or Sidebar. But many client not allowed you then you gave in hidden link..After analyzing many other back links i found this in some more sites but they did on very small scale hardly in 1 to 5 sites that is ignorable. But 2200 links much more and at last GOOGLE notice this because these types Tricks just for the temporary basis. Now that site after the latest Update even not in the first 2 pages. That sites with quality links still on 1st page...

Violating Google's Webmaster Guidelines isn't illegal, last time I checked.

Why do people get this idea that breaking the rules of a certain entity is illegal? Illegal means breaking the laws set up by the government, not some company. The morons who simply can't grasp this concept cease to amaze me.

I am also in wonder. I think Google creating an opportunity of such search engine which will provide 100% of reward to White Hat seo Persons.I observed in many cases that Google gave preference to Black hat Seo and those site which violate its Rules.I see a site on #1 in webdesign the very competitive keyword with 2600 hidden seo links.I complain this site with proof two times before 6 month ago through webmaster tools but still that site on #1.Is it Google joke white hat seo who doing White Hat SEO.That Site earning Thousands of EURO on daily Basis by doing Black hat SEO.So may we consider that Google now Supporting Black hat and Illegal SEO???????????????????
I think The Spammers are very fast and Google is very very slow according to them.Google just design Rules but failed in their implementations.?? Is It wrong ??

Illegal SEO?

Some spoofing, trojans, keylogging, anti trust and anti privacy stuff. Yeah some of that is illegal
But illegal SEO... search engine optimization (as opposed to fraud, deception or theft) what's that then?

I understand your frustration buddy. As for myself,I am not a half coder. I develop sites which are un-hackable. I even do security consultancy as a part-time job. I have been doing this since 2003-2004 and I have mastered this to a extent where I can confidently tell you that go and hack my site if you can. Was I always like that? No! My sites have been hacked multiple times and I was really angry with them in the beginning. Then I realized that it is not their fault. Actually I am responsible for not making it secure enough. They actually did a good thing to point out the mistakes that i made. I learned from that and enhanced my knowledge.

Secondly, I do hack into other sites and place my spam links and I am proud of that. I give a damn to anyone who says I am wrong, because I know what I am doing and it gives me positive result. Search Engine Ranking is a war, and there's nothing unfair in Love and War :D

Having said that, I wish best of luck for your websites and I pray to the almighty that you earn more than me :-)
