I am also in wonder. I think Google creating an opportunity of such search engine which will provide 100% of reward to White Hat seo Persons.I observed in many cases that Google gave preference to Black hat Seo and those site which violate its Rules.I see a site on #1 in webdesign the very competitive keyword with 2600 hidden seo links.I complain this site with proof two times before 6 month ago through webmaster tools but still that site on #1.Is it Google joke white hat seo who doing White Hat SEO.That Site earning Thousands of EURO on daily Basis by doing Black hat SEO.So may we consider that Google now Supporting Black hat and Illegal SEO???????????????????
I think The Spammers are very fast and Google is very very slow according to them.Google just design Rules but failed in their implementations.?? Is It wrong ??

LOL! If one site is ranking high don't report it, just work for your own site to rank. That guy who ranks number 1 is a better ninja than you. just strive hard to become better in ranking your site, don't work to harm other people's business. If Google ranks his site high then let it be, probably Google sees his site as the authority in that keyword.
 
If you report others site multiple times, then google may first look at your websites and penalize those thinking that you are a competitor trying to harm others. Don't go on and report #1 sites just because they are smarter then you to get there.
 
Lol... i have the same question as someone asked above.. why the ... u reported?
 
It's the pain in the ass if you are my competitor, other than reporting your competitors' site, it's good to beat them by your own way. That's the proof of your inability in beating them up
 
What's your problem with what others do? Let them earn thousands of euros, if he is on 1# or 99# it won't help you anyway.
 
IF you put it like that google might think that you're just a jealous competitor trying to ruin other's people business , And there is no foolproof method to block all black hat ways. Even for a company as big as google ..

If you're complaining about black beat white. You should try making one foolproof program and i mean program not just Search Engine , that can block all black techniques, seriously ..

Google is trying their best to make their Search Engine as compatible for white hat people . But it's also the same for the blackhatter they are also trying their best to beat google systems.

And if you think that it's easy to do black hat with google now , why don't you try yourself..
 
Google is not supporting BlackHat, they are just clueless :)
 
Anyone ranking #1 for a competitive term deserves my respect no matter how he/she did it.
Reporting other peoples sites and then bragging about it on a BH forum wouldn't be my cup of tea.
 
if they ranked that means they worked hard rather than reporting you need to learn from them that how they are ranking well

Why don't u try to get 1 backlink from this site to your site? it's better if u are in 2# result than reporting about him :)
 
Thanks for the all replies.I find my answer. :) I am here for learn here also white hat forum and learning is not a bad thing how ever i think every seo person should knowledge about the "Every Type Of SEO" I am not any one competitors my business nature not Keyword based. Any how I realized that here most of peoples here Black hat seo Lovers. But i am also very surprised that one person said that i will gave respect to #1 it dose not mater how he get this postion.......i think he is spammer lover...And I get my answer that Peoples doing illegal and spam seo that why Google is not guilty to gave them ranking. When peoples starts White hat Google will start to gave them importance. You all are right in your point of view.How ever i think i have right also to share my thoughts...But as well you are all saying that why you report why you report...i want to ask why i couldn't report it is my responsibility to report spam to GOOGLE.If Google ask me to report if you observe any Spam links then why i not report...Now it is up to Google he takes it seriously or not.If Black Hat SEO is legal and right then why Google making such rules or regulations to report spam links........................................SO!!! YOU ALL GUYS [ARGUE AND FIGHT WITH GOOGLE NOT HERE OVER TO ME] :)

yes i will call you are right mr... First i think you should need for this ... I am wonder seniors like you not getting the point you all here just to jokes on your juniors.i am saying if this is legal then why google ask to report like these links ..i think you should first call to police against google.
