I am not worried personally, they just want to squeeze money out of me, I doubt they care about my messages/personal stuff or my favorite porn category. It all depends on what you are okay with. I don't value my digital privacy all that much, as there isn't all that much that can somehow be used against me to hurt my well being. You can either come to terms with the situation and rest easier, or research new alternatives to google for doing blackhat work, though I don't think it is necessary to do so right now. Who knows, maybe in the future google starts mysteriously punishing blackhatters?
I would advise that while you are researching means to achieve your own personal privacy, you set up some blog or channel or something, post your findings and feeling and all that, more and more people feel like you every day, especially with introduction to smart electronics, device that always listen etc. You could be an authority on the subject and bank good money right?
But on a serious note again, I would relax in your place, if some big corp or government wants your info they will get it one way or another, if not through google then through your ISP or other surveillance means, there's no escape. Blackhatters are small fish compared to the terrorists, cyber criminals and all that scum they are after.
