IS FOLLOWPLANNER REALLY BUGGY?

Is it me or is followplanner really buggy? A lot of their features are errors right now. The post settings dont even work. its annoying. I cant post. and on top of that the Customer Service is hard core LAGGING.

Same for me. Out of 2 accounts, one of them posts while other doesn't.
Havent contacted support yet.

I contacted them 2 days ago... NOTHING!
 
Well even @IGKing rarely responds to the issues over the BST its like he is just posting to distribute coupons.
lets see what happens if this does not gets fixed soon then will have to switch back to jarvee.
 
same, looks getting bad. I am using resvpn as suggested and still having so many issues. I think I just have to stop using it now.

The best way to get a response from a FollowPlanner representative is by opening a support ticket; however, many people abuse the support system, and it can slow down the service for others. We're working on expanding our team so we can provide better support in the future.
 
I know this is an old post but I am not able to start a new thread yet.

I just wondered if people felt the problems with Followplanner had been fixed or if it was still very buggy?

I am looking for a bot or even someone to help with manual growth.

I used Followliker for a while, but stopped using it as I got a message from Instagram warning me against it. I only used it as a 'liking' feature and seemed to get pretty good growth.
