you usually get what you pay for.. so you will get great SEO services for $5 and rank accordingly

Gsa type stuff to your tier 2 / tier 3 is ok.

Nothing to your money sites though, if you value them.

no its not any good 70% resellers from sites like seoclerks and 30% people who do some bs thing and give you a "report" with shit ass links or w.e
every service there is just crap and not only for SEO there might be a few good sellers there but i doubt you will find them and they will charge you more than 5$
