Is Facebook still making you money?

Obviously when there are thousands of ebooks and old methods being sold on how to make money with facebook than that's a sign that it's time to find a new source of traffic and money.

Blast!! I should have started pimping on facebook years ago!! I always seem to get in on something when it's starting to go down the toilet!! SUCKS!

Me too :( I always jump too late...I have been reading this section from like February 2009 but didn't enough action and now everyone is doing it and facebook is getting smarter
 
Should I be concerned with CPA networks banning my account for posting ad's on my FB fanpages?
 
i got 3 pages today that just had a landing page, nothing that has to do with the 3 steps, become a fan, invite, iframe etc

So one have any idea?
 
I have no idea what all of you guys are doing, but traffic from fb has only increased over the last 24 months for me...

Stop using fb to make money, and start using it to build status. status before money, that's how it works and that creates longevity. an account that has status gets away with a lot more than an account that doesn't.

I'm not saying don't think about marketing, but what I am saying is think like the person behind the profile. act like them, friend like them, "like" like them... fb has a smart team, and killer bots and teams that monitor your shit. robot fb pages go down the drain.

Its really easy buddy, all depends on which language do you want to use, them you can make block content based on like. If the visitor dont click like you dont show any information.

Benefits, well, If you have 1000 visitors, and you get normally 100 emails from visitors interested, you will be receiving 100 likes, this will improve your likerank inside facebook plus the visitors are helping you to make viral your website, why? because this likes will be appearing in the visitors facebook wall.

Now I have more work than ever thanks to this. Everybody wants to implement the like/share blocking content together with static fbml on their facebook page.

I'm still making more and more money each month with facebook, always tweaking and trying to improve my CTR.
I will install the Open Graph API on my most popular website when I find the time to start testing with it.. Damn my 9 to 5 job for taking up too much time :(
 
facebook is fucked. been doing it for 6 hours a day for past 2 months and all my stuff gets instantly deleted. made like $300 over the course of few months. back to craiglist it is
 
Yes anyone can get money from facebook but it will a lot hard to make money.
 
If you use open graph you will not make money inside facebook, it a very viral tool to bring traffic to your .com website. If you have a very good content blocker with a good landing selling page, you will have exactly what you need (people from the niche and interested to buy)

To the people consistently playing the FB game right, making money...

-How many people do you invite to your new profiles a day?
-When do you mass add all those friends to your fan page? (Both time and friends wise)
-When do you then try to monetize that fan page?
-And in what ways?

The logistics and strategies would help this thread concretely 10,000 fold.
