Can I ask something? I know Facebook Ads, Google Ads and others require to have links to TOS, Privacy policy etc pages right? If I create a landing on a domain (let's say domain.com) and add links to these pages and on the landing I have some content with a big CTA button to a BH offer, will these platforms go further and check the CTA and suspend the ad or is it good to go this way?

Set up button on landing is ok. About suspension, it depends on many factors. The most important is your creatives and landing. So use a clean landing and high trust + cloaking and smart creatives
