Is Facebook accepting gambling ads?

No, Facebook doesn't accept gambling ads. You will need to cloak your ads to run them on Facebook.

Gambling ads are ads that violate Facebook's policies. but if you can use a little technique this can still advertise normally, you should choose for yourself a long-standing advertising account with a history of spending.
select healthy sites,
use a clean proxy
use cloaking links to advertise

Of course Facebook policy doesn't accept gambling, but you still can work with good cloaking and domain/app + strong preparation on FB accounts, profiles, pages...
Can I ask something? I know Facebook Ads, Google Ads and others require to have links to TOS, Privacy policy etc pages right? If I create a landing on a domain (let's say domain.com) and add links to these pages and on the landing I have some content with a big CTA button to a BH offer, will these platforms go further and check the CTA and suspend the ad or is it good to go this way?

Set up button on landing is ok. About suspension, it depends on many factors. The most important is your creatives and landing. So use a clean landing and high trust + cloaking and smart creatives

Actually it is not allowed but you can still run gambling ads only if the account ID is strong and use a link to hide it.

Everything is going great, but when you start the camp you need to cloak the link to avoid Facebook detection.

if it is a licensed country. You can chat directly with support to provide them with legal documents. Your ad will be approved

Gambling advertising is still very good and if you know how to hide it, the campaigns will be much more stable
