Are these escrow trading websites reliable and can they guarantee my safety? If you know, please let me know, thank you.

Well, Escrow.com has been in business since 1999 so if you can not trust them, you can not trust any escrow company.

Yes, if seller is willing to use Escrow.com, it's a solid sign that he has legit intentions

Just make sure the website url is correct
