To explain what EPC is:
Imagine you are running an offer which converts at $5.00. You send 100 people to the offer, 5 convert. You earned $25, sent 100 people there, that is an average of 25/100 = $0.25 per click. And that is also your EPC. $0.25. So basically EPC is just average earning your will get per click. But of course you are still only paid for conversions. EPC is just a statistical number and it's the most important factor when deciding what offers to run.
However, some CPA networks do show overall EPC of offers from all advertisers, some don't. Remember, that many advertisers send shitty traffic and thus the EPC is overally lower. If you have quality traffic, your EPC will be higher. You just have to test and test and test and EPC of your traffic is what matters. If your networks doesn't show overall EPCs, you can still ask your Affiliate Manager what offers are converting the best.
