I'm completely going to piggyback on the comment that that market is a bit saturated but, like any other niche, you have to bring something different to the table. There are a few guides on the farm that give you a list of adult affiliate that you're able to check out but you want to go beyond that. Account this for much like I would any place else where you have like-minded individuals sharing information, you're only rewarded by the amount of work you'd like to put in. There are affiliate programs that will not be mentioned on this form because it would be completely crazy to think that you would want to share your main method of income and create competition. If you want to go into the niche to create an adult site, you want to consider what you can offer but the other sites cannot offer besides just the usual regurgitated videos, are you going to have a chat feature with those annoying pop-ups? Have you considered a name for the site? Do you intend on making it simply videos or do you intend on taking it one step further and adding additional features? If you're going into the niche I would suggest taking a look at some of the top 10 adult size based on traffic. Have a notebook handy and write down some of the features on each site that you like and work from there.
No one will be able to give you an exact amount of how much you'll be able to make because the base judgement given as an outsider looking in is the fact that you wouldn't look up the information in the threads so that's reflective of how much work you're willing to put in as a marketer. This is an invaluable resource but you have to always realize that everyone is your competition and no one can determine how much are going to make because they can't measure your drive.
