Is dubai a reality or a hype?

You don't need to move to Dubai to form a company.
It's always been a kinda transit location to buy and sell. A dropship location before dropship even existed.
There are few bhw members who live in Dubai.
It's getting lot of criticism on youtube lately.

According to me, Its all Depends on the Person!

Some people likes to go Dubai,
Some people likes to go U.S, U.K, Canada, China or Japan or Any Country.

I like Dubai, But I Love to Stay with my Family!
Not Interested in travelling other countries for Living.

Yes, no doubt. but I think most of people just love the light and hype they created.

Recently there are lots of people who are heading to dubai for company formation or living.

is it a good move?

is there any bhw members running from dubai?
Too hot to live there A couple of weeks ler year, maybe. Great hub tho for networking, good place as well to open llc. Not the best

It seems like everyone in Dubai is very rich. Is it because of the abundance of oil?

As a place, Dubai kind of sucks. It is extremely hot 80% of the year to the point you can't be outside. It feels very artificial and soulless. There isn't much natural beauty and it attracts a lot of people you wouldn't want to be friends with (criminals, mob bosses, prostitutes, Onlyfans models)

As a system however, Dubai is perhaps the best in the world. Infrastructure is fantastic. Zero personal income tax. You can buy almost anything with crypto, including houses and cars. Everyone follows the law and everyone minds their own business. You have access to almost anything you could ever want to purchase, and the city itself is extremely modern.

If you're all about business and convenience, it's an alright place, but I think most people wouldn't enjoy life there overall.

Dubai is good, i live here, i have a company. The place is artificial but it makes you work harder. Everything is expensive, it's good for networking if you're smart and know how to engage in a conversation. It's bad to find woman here you'll often feel lonely.

I don't know about the companies but only their damn chocolates for some reason.

They have a 0% income tax rate, a small 9% corporate tax rate, which they introduced just lately (can be easily worked around).

I personally won't live there, but do your research, and in the right place, stop getting advice from strangers nerds online who thinks that only the few "elite" are actually earning $1000 a month from IM. (yes, some people here believes that).

Take care & good luck.

it's shit hot, but safety wise, there're no better places on Earth beyond Arab Gulf countries. It's like absolute safety at some places, specially in Saudi Arabia. You can leave a table full of gold, cover it with blanket at night and you'll find each mg there in the morning. If climate is just tiny bit more friendly, great places to live with family, though Dubai is getting too busy for my liking.

If you got money may be a good option ..... but take in consideration the dubai is basic in desert is all artificial done to look natural

The King there does everything for his people's benefit only. Everyone else is there too simply turn the kegs and if you can't do that, then you're out. If you wanted that, you could maybe check out Switzerland too. similar in philosophy as above except you don't have to worry about going to prison for a long time for stupid shit like getting a little drunk.

Also there is some other stuff that you have to remember here that might not go down well if you know about them...

A muslim man is allowed to marry non-muslim woman but it is illegal for a non-muslim man to marry a muslim women unless he first converts. Polygamy is also allowed specifically for muslim men who can have up to four wives.

I wouldn't like to live in a country that has blatant two-tier policing systems like this.
