CTR tweaks can help, but only if the page already matches intent. I’ve seen small lifts after improving titles and descriptions, but it’s not a standalone ranking factor. It works best as a supporting signal, not a main one.
Focusing too much on ctr as a direct ranking factor is mostly a rabbit hole since Google's algorithms care way more about quality content and user intent. It's better to just make your designs and copy engaging enough to earn those clicks naturally
