Is crypto arbitrage and jonnyblockchain worth it?

I have been contemplating crypto arbitrage using jonnyblockchain for a long time. Today I want to get started then the guy who has been telling me about it just dropped the bomb that it isn't worth it and why? He said opportunities doesn't come and the ones that come are not profitable.

So, I need to hear from the guru's in the house what you all think.

When you transfer from one exchange to the other there is a big delay, depending on the coin that you are transfering. It can be up to 30minutes or even more to transfer out coins from one exchange and into the other. This means that the opportunity may be long gone by the time your funds are transferred.
