Is CPA PPD networks down from September 20th ?

Hello everyone,
Hope everyone doing good, Actually I run some PPD programmes from cheats content and making $80+ daily but from September 20th it downs.
I got few comment like user did not get the PIN to confirm. I got about 8 similar comment about this issue .
So I want to know about your PPD stats, is they going normal as before ?

Offer is well optimized and my traffic is comes from worldwide , No specific Geo.
my Anooka account make over 5k so I never face any problem like this from adnooka

Sometimes advertisers confirming PINs later. I remember times when I did have three pins in one second.

Also my refferal on Adshift made 120$ yesterday.

I don't think so bcoz user submit their cell but did not get confirmation PIN.

i did see that type of comment from my surveyors too. they said they tried more than 17 times but the page isn't getting redirected at all! I don't understand, i just curse the backend of the cpa network which doesn't work properly in terms of tracking the survey completion!

may be they just started getting issue!
I also got many messages from the surveyors that they got virus when they downloaded the offer file!!!
I'm not sure whether they are checking advertisers profile properly!
