CJ has always been pretty good for publishers.
Remember though it is not CJ that handles you as a publisher so much as the advertisers in there and you have to get approved individually by them if you are going to work inside that network.
You will need to have your ducks in a row for many of the advertisers to get approved in there so plan on that before applying.

Yes, exactly i got approved by multiple networks, i was just afraid cause i found in the internet some very bad reviews about them. Thank you for clarifying things.

They have paid me a ton of money over the years and were the first network outside of adsense that I used to generate revenue.
