It's always hard to get spenders, doesn't matter which program.
Chaturbate affiliates are the same; cry about models stealing whales but keep sending traffic.

I never cried about it. It is normal whales come and goes.
It is normal - they finds a girlfriend, other cam site with girl they like etc.
I sent a list to Chaturbate with my disappeared spenders, asking can they check reason why they stopped spending.
Only 1 of these was made new account, but not on any other aff link.
They transferred that spender and earnings back to my account.

What do you think, why the PPL model can exist at all? Because people spend money on the site. The spending per registration is more than what you get paid for a free registration, otherwise it wouldn't be profitable for the site to pay you for free registrations. It's not a charity.
If they keep paying you for PPL, it means that your leads convert, so the site makes more money off of you than what they pay to you. If not, they either disable the account or convert it to revshare.
If i look at my revshare stats, knowing that around half of the registrations are tier 1, the spending per tier 1 reg is ~$100 for a 5 year period. How much Chaturbate does pay you for tier 1 registrations? $1. I got $20 from every $100, so i made 20 times more with revshare than what i would have been gotten with PPL. Not talking about the fact, that i promoted for only half a year, in the past 4 years it's 100% passive income. With PPL you need to promote actively, otherwise the money drains up fast.
If you go with revshare, in a few months time it starts to outperform PPL. The longer you keep at it, the bigger the difference will be. PPL is just a waste of traffic on legit sites like Chaturbate, where people actually spend money.

I agree that problem exists. I will promote other cam site, if it can convert at least the same as Chaturbate.
As after many years of testing i did not found any such cam site, i am promoting Chaturbate with models stealing spenders.

The point of revshare is to get long term money, however on Chaturbate you have your spenders stolen. It's like you're promoting PPS, not revshare.
Spenders are not stolen immediately, and not all models steal, but many do. It's only a matter of time until spenders are stolen. So many Chaturbate affiliates have been saying they have XX,XXX amount of signups, but low earnings.
I don't know why you had such low earnings with Stripcash. Weird.

When was the last time you checked out Stripchat? Also, models are shown based on IP.
Stripchat didn't convert well from 2017 until mid 2020, it was like in beta phase. It had limited features for streamers, and few streamers overall at that time.
But now, Stripchat is really taking off.

Now i am checking, and in "ethnicity" i see mostly latina girls. Also video stream quality is worse than Chaturbate, and on embedded iframes is terrible.
Now i am running only 1 Stripchat whitelabel on SEO with low traffic - like ~100 daily and 1 free reg daily.
Was sending about 1k+ daily traffic before couple of months, was getting 1-3 regs daily.

There's good diversity in ethnicity, if you ask me. Could need more arabs, but generally White women are the most desired. Unless your site is Arab niche, you should be more than fine.
Stripchat even has VR feature, there's no way they have poor quality.

I tried many.
Stripchat only one cam site that converts after Chaturbate.
It performs about 5% compared to Chaturbate.
Revshare test takes very long time, so split your traffic 50/50 and test.
