Is buyvcc legit or a scam?

Doug, he can't sell on Aspkin because he's legit... They don't want legit sellers.

Best way I can prove it, here's a screenshot showing your post and the emails that come up when I search my inbox for buyvcc; I've obviously cut out any identifying information.

I have been mailing him a lot times to get my proxy working and i am yet to receive a reply..as of now highly disappointed with the service

The proxy issue is because the company that sets up the proxies had technical difficulties, so we'll be sending you a new one very soon (within a day). Do your 100/5000 accounts have 21 hold as well? Are they freshly made? As far as i know, you have to wait at least 90 days for the limit increase, unless you phone them right away.

Have the same question ant waiting for mail response. Did he contact you in the meantime?
 
They are legit no need to worry.

I have two business PayPal accounts with them and had been their vps supplier for sometime until my group shut down our hosting business. I know the owner as well, and they are quite good + have good response time and after 1+ year of buying they still give me support
