I came across this site called buyvcc that offers solutions for users who have limited paypal accounts and/or banned ebay accounts (I have both, lol). What I would like to know is if anyone has used this site to obtain an ebay and/or paypal account and if so, what was your experience with the site? Did you actually get what you ordered or did you get ripped off? Any comments regarding this site would be helpful. Thanks!

They're good... I've ordered the 100/5000 eBay package from them. Support is responsive, I got MC999'ed after the first listing and they called eBay to get it sorted out. Few weeks later I got my account banned for using an Amazon VPS (apparently eBay is blocking the IP's), they called eBay again but couldn't get the ban lifted so they replaced everything for free. They obviously won't do that every single time you get banned but if you make a mistake they're around.

BuyVCC.com is not a scam they are legit.
I just wish that site sold anonymous bank accounts/debit cards.

Very good service, by far the best as far as I'm concerned when it comes to eb@y stealth accounts. They're only downfall is that they are a little slow. If they tell you your account will be delivered by a certain date, add a week. They even provide support and handle most issues themselves when having to call eb@y. But they are only slow because they get a ton of orders. They have a full support team that, with patience, helps you maintain and reinstate your account when problems arise. I don't know of any other that does that. The owner is a very honest guy and will not screw you like the laundry list of other assholes that make these accounts. Your money is safe with them.

Well I guess I'd better provide a recent update. It seems as though currently BuyVCC is not able to create accounts that pass the initial MC999.
July 25 - Received new account, MC999 before I logged in.
July 26 - Email that they can't get MC999 removed. Wait for another account - message states: "we'll be sending you another account (this time already passed the manual verification and MC999)" which ended up not being true.
July 28 - Received new account, account had MC999 warning a few hours before they even emailed the information.
I suspect they won't get the MC999 removed again as the message says they need to verify personal information, not the standard easy to get out of MC999 message.
Will update as more information comes in; However I would hold for a while with placing new orders. I'm not sure what they're doing (other than they keep insisting on the first item being a book, I'm pretty sure eBay knows by now that everyone recommends a book for a stealth account) as I can still make my own 10/1000 accounts.
Edit: July 29 - Email that I've been escalated to support. Please be patient.

@SirSmash, PM me your email so I can look into it for you. Nowadays most accounts get MC999, and about 80% of the time we can restore it through calling in. The reason why the newest account had an MC999 was because we started posting items up on accounts for customers, as the chances of lifting the MC999 are greater.
We might have been around for a while, but we're constantly trying to earn our customer's business and trust.

I am going to have to come to this one for accounts since so many like him. I just got ripped off for the last time buying from sellers on Aspkin forum. I have been ripped off my what was called highly screened sellers on that forum and either I will be making my own or buying from someone who is not selling on that forum.

I was just sent a message that this person from buyvcc is legit and was turned down to sell accounts on aspkin. Why?
The info I am looking at seems real, he has videos etc. while all of his other sellers on aspkin forum are hidden and of course not vetted like they were suppose to be.
Anyone else post good news about buyvcc accounts. I would like to try them but wondered why he would be turned down to sell on aspkin forum?
Plays right into my thoughts, he would not allow him because he is those sellers himself.
Donnie franseco or whatever his name is I believe is bluntz, packattack, rama and many others who stole from his own members.
Now allows his members to call an elderly lady and tell them they are going to hurt her? What is up with people?
