From what I understand this claim is not accurate. This domain isn't in violation of any trademarks ... if this was the case then blu-ray.com would be in violation and it's not. Worst case scenario I would place a disclaimer on the site stating it's not affiliated with Blu-ray Disc Association. Those instructions are coming from a US Trademark attorney.
Yep I had the opportunity to own the plural version of the domain but opted not too.
