It’s definitely not “too late,” but it’s also not as easy as some older posts make it sound. Blogging is still profitable for beginners, it just takes more time and a bit more strategy now.
The biggest difference is competition. There’s a lot more content out there, so you can’t just publish generic posts and expect traffic. You need to focus on a specific niche, write things that are actually useful, and be consistent. Platforms like WordPress make it easy to start, but growing is the harder part.
From what I’ve seen, people who treat it like a long-term project tend to do better. It might take months before you see any real results, but once things start ranking, it can still bring in steady income through ads, affiliates, or your own products.
So yeah, it still works, it’s just not a quick win anymore.
