Use low obl links
30% main keywords.
i ranked few easy niche websites just with well written/ on point /low obl /moderated /from high pr or pa/da websites only.

According to me there are many high pr websites which provides do follow backlinks and it can boost your SERP but you have to find tricks to find those site. for example there are many drupal websites which provide do-follow backlinks.... but it has risk so becare full while using it...

I don't know how works in the USA but here in Italy the Page Rank value is not synonymous of quality or strength of a website. The topic it's the 80% of the link building quality strategy.

blog commenting will work if you done it correctly , use high pr , ******** blogs with possible less Obl's

Blog commenting is no longer safe as an effective means for link building. I would suggest you to go for high quality related guest posting sites instead.

One thing, I forgot to mention that even if you are going for blog comments, ensure that the sites are related and have low OBL.

Yes, its safe with blogs having OBL less than 25, PR 4+ and root domain have good PA/DA.

Blog commenting is not Blackhat SEO, otherwise every blogger who commented on another blog would have their site penalized or banned from Google. When it comes to blog commenting, your intention might actually influence how your comment is perceived. So let's say you find ten highly relevant blogs that are similar to your own blog, receive a lot of daily traffic and is updated regularly. Then you make comments on each blog daily or even weekly, thoroughly reading the articles and adding relevant comments that enhance the page/post. This type of blog commenting will do more to generate real human/organic traffic and enhance your search engine ranking, than if you had found 100 blogs and made spammy/spun comments just for the sake of dropping that backlink.
