Once you have less traffic reading your content you have less chances to make a sale to them. The bounce rate will explode and I think people that use adblock would still purchase. Adblock is used because ads were just to reckless and trying to infect me in the background while I was watching porn. Thinking that just because they use adblocker they won't purchase a single thing is foolish to think and you'll be missing out. That's if your site has a product for sale or is just an adsense site.
