Another interesting read: https://www.whiteops.com/hubfs/2018-2019 Bot Baseline Report.pdf
are they really? I'm not sure they are. as long as you make an effort to make the traffic seem real, everyone wins.. except the advertiser.Even the small networks see it but they are not doing this is really surprising
This can’t be done without proper traffic proxing. Like I said earlier, this can be done but lots of moving parts must be taken into the account, like proxies, proper bot infrastructure, lots of research with lots of trials and errors. What kind of bot? Is he using proxies?
yep there was a method floating around for doing click fraud with google adsense with twitter trafficI know of one person making millions per month doing click fraud.
Literally sends bots to his website to click on the ads thousands of times per day.
This is on bing ads and they don't care.
It's illegal though.
Haha you're kidding right? Bing don't do any bot detectionI don’t think so
Bing is really good
what's the virtualisation part used for? to try to create a unique fingerprint for every click? This can’t be done without proper traffic proxing. Like I said earlier, this can be done but lots of moving parts must be taken into the account, like proxies, proper bot infrastructure, lots of research with lots of trials and errors.
Bottom point is that it can be achieved but scaling can be a problem (management of such big bot network) and person doing it must have in-depth knowledge of networking, virtualisation, programming and of course IM and ad networks
Depends on approach one will use. Basically on one VPS instance you can run limited amount of bots and each must be unique (have unique fingerprint like you’ve said). Let’s take basic approach puppeteer/playwright/selenium into the equation - i tried it on different devices and got to the sweet stop of 4 parallel browser windows on m1 mac (or windows/linux 4vcpu/8GB ram). Other issue are chrome persistent profiles (if you use chrome/chromium based browser) as those MF’s can grow up really fast. Right now i am testing one method and 100k of Chrome profiles are cca 15TB (less than one month old). I’m thinking to try kubernetes approach and to see is it better for this task.what's the virtualisation part used for? to try to create a unique fingerprint for every click?
Hi guys,
I've launched a campaign and not really sure what kind of clicks I am getting.
For example - I am targeting 100% mobile, but my tracker does not show any of that mobile. I do use this tracker for other purposes and it works pretty well. There is also a significant difference between the Bing report and the actual clicks received. In addition 90% of the clicks are flagged as bot/spider by my tracker.
I've clicked on my ad with vpn and went to straight my lander with no problem. So setup is working properly...
Is Bing trying to screw me, or is it competition killing other campaigns? Or do I have somekind blocked domain? I've checked it with google transparency tool, it doesn't show any issues.
Any help really appreciated. Thanks
I totally agree with this. I will add though that bots are usually routed through residential proxies (in your own country), so targeting your own country's traffic will still include most bots. You can control much of this in setting by only:
1. Using Microsoft Network avoid network partners.
2. Targeted your country, then people who live in your target location who actively search.
3. In settings, decrease audience ads by -100%.
Audience ads is where you will get a bunch of clicks that look like bots. Focusing on just search will reduce this.
You don't need to have any knowledge. You can use BAS AND Zennoposter . Warm up 10 thousand profiles 1-2 weeks to some action and click from these profiles. Do random actions, and the ctr of the click should not exceed 3-5% in order not to attract attention. This can’t be done without proper traffic proxing. Like I said earlier, this can be done but lots of moving parts must be taken into the account, like proxies, proper bot infrastructure, lots of research with lots of trials and errors.

can you explain what BAS AND Zennoposter are?You don't need to have any knowledge. You can use BAS AND Zennoposter . The profile-folder function saves cookies and all other browser settings and uses it next time.can you explain what BAS AND Zennoposter are?
also how do you "warm up" 10 thousand profiles?
Thanks
Thanks! The puppeteer extra is detected and known about it, which means the protection is aimed at it, and zennoposter cannot be detected because it does 100% human-like actions and it is unlikely to be detected.
