Is Bing Selling Fake Clicks?

Hi guys,
I've launched a campaign and not really sure what kind of clicks I am getting.

For example - I am targeting 100% mobile, but my tracker does not show any of that mobile. I do use this tracker for other purposes and it works pretty well. There is also a significant difference between the Bing report and the actual clicks received. In addition 90% of the clicks are flagged as bot/spider by my tracker.

I've clicked on my ad with vpn and went to straight my lander with no problem. So setup is working properly...

Is Bing trying to screw me, or is it competition killing other campaigns? Or do I have somekind blocked domain? I've checked it with google transparency tool, it doesn't show any issues.

Microsoft Bing Ads, Google Ads do not indulge from their side directly in illicit clicks.
You may be experiencing click fraud. Competitors nowadays even utilize the services of professional click fraud farms in order to suck out the (daily) advertising budgets of advertisers and they (the click fraudsters) are so updated & sophisticated nowadays, that Microsoft Bing Ads, Google Ads, etc systems are unable to detect their clicks as fraud clicks.
And : Services such as ClickCease, etc, etc DO NOT & CANNOT prevent such fraud clicks. Such services will charge you hundreds of US dollars and merely prepare a detailed clicks related report for you to submit to Microsoft Bing Ads, Google Ads, etc, in order for you to get some credits for fraud clicks.
But, the reality of how it is nowadays, you will not get any credits from Microsoft Bing Ads, Google Ads, etc, because the click fraudsters nowadays keep updating their ever-sophisticated techniques, so as per Microsoft Bing Ads, Google Ads, etc these are technically not fraud clicks, although in reality, these may be fraud clicks. I apologize for mentioning all this in a direct and straight forward manner which confirms to how things are nowadays.
To avoid or minimize fraud clicks, one needs to fine-tune the campaign's targeting (region, city, etc targeting).
Some advertisers affected by fraud clicks, also go "tit for tat".

Yeah bing and google are full of bot clicks. They're not making the bots, but they're not trying very hard to detect them.

You should use one of the click fraud detection companies like polygraph or human to prove your traffic is fake.

I would like to mention the reality that all services such as Polygraph, etc, etc DO NOT & CANNOT prevent fraud clicks. See on their website, https://polygraph.net/ it is very clearly mentioned " .... provides details of every fake click so you can get refunds from the ad networks" (read it yourself on their website, I have given the link (url).
ALL these so called fraud clicks "prevention" services CANNOT & DO NOT prevent fraud clicks. "We prevent fraud clicks" is their marketing gimmick to suck hundreds of US Dollars per gullible person, just to provide a "detailed" report about the fraudulent clicks, so that a person uses that report to request Microsoft Bing Ads, Google Ads, etc for credits, which also nowadays is very less likely, because the fraud clicks farms are sophisticated enough nowadays to the extent that Microsoft Bing Ads, Google Ads algorithms do not detect their fraudulent clicks as fraud clicks. So, Microsoft Bing Ads, Google Ads are nowadays very less likely to provide any credits for such highly sophisticated source's fraudulent clicks.

That's not true though. I used them (polygraph) before and we were able to prevent click fraud by blocking the scam websites which were doing the fake clicks. Basically polygraph detected the fraud and told us which websites we need to block.

We did find it difficult to get refunds though. It's like the ad networks allow click fraud and don't have a problem with it.

You do not need services of Polygraph, ClickCease, etc to find that out for filtering in your ad campaigns. There are even free analytical tools to identify those.

I don't really understand. what tools will tell me which clicks are fake? I paid polygraph $50 and they took care of everything for me. I don't have time to set up a million open source tools and debug them and parse through their results. that's gonna cost me a lot more than $50..

Yep. Not until we are all Chipped and fully Matrixed anyway. But as @Trust WorkShop advised, tight targeting to location and very particular demography will significantly reduce the effectiveness of the scammers. Then you can comfortably just discount for it.

The ad networks don't seem to care about bot clicks, so until they start making an effort we're going to have to keep fighting this

Business model : It is a jungle where lion will rule. I'll explain :-
Company ABC uses Google Ads for advertising their XYZ product or service. So, company ABC wants to be the Lion in the Google Ads jungle. So, company ABC has around 10 or more domains running in Google Ads, all targetting the product or service XYZ.
Company ABC wants to be the lion in this product or service XYZ jungle.
So, what company ABC does is, it hires a click fraud farm (specialist) to click the shit out of all advertisers related to XYZ product or service, draining very fast, all the daily advertising budgets of their competitors. This means that company ABC will dominate all the Google Ads ads running, pertaining to product or service XYZ, because they have 10 or more domains running in Google Ads for product or service XYZ.
It is ofcourse a badass "business" model, but the reality is there are lions in the jungle using such badass techniques.
So, above is the "business" model FULLY explained is the BEST & EASIEST POSSIBLE way (and it is also TOTALLY SELF-EXPLANATORY).
NOTE : Sometimes it is so badass, that apart from clicking the shit out of competitors, the lion(s) also tear & rip off the pants of their competitors. In other words, some competitors finally just give up and move on elsewhere with something else.
If you have balls made of steel, a product or service with very high ROI & a fat wallet, you or anyone can try such a badass "business" model.

Funny how they'll turn a blind eye to these bot clicks draining advertisers' accounts, but if you do the same with adsense or similar they'll act real fast to shut you down. Kanye was right BTW.

No, read more carefully.

If you send bot clicks to drive up ad costs for your competitors, where google/bing/fb or whoever is making money, they'll let it slide and give advertisers a hard time about getting a refund.

If you send bot clicks to adsense or the bing equivalent hoping to benefit yourself, they'll move to shut you down quickly.
