This place is just a joke now. It appears to be mostly a combination of:
- rogue and organized scammers hitting this place from other forums and groups because they know the average user IQ here is low
- Fraudulent bot activity from the staff to make it look more happening than it actually is. Hence why some of the the stupid answer bot accounts 'great share', 'I like this' and so on don't get banned. But other non-privileged bot accounts from random people do.

BlackHatWorld is the only forum of it's kind in English.

It's easily the best and most active out of all of the marketing/SEO forums.

Even the foreign language forums don't compare in terms of quality.

Trust me I've looked extensively for others like BHW, they don't exist.
