Is BHW the only forum like this?

10+ years ago, there were lots of active black hat SEO forums and competitors, and they are all dead and collapsed now. BHW is still strong.

I guess BHW stayed online because it isn't a blackhat place entirely. Surely people do discuss about how they can outrank, strategies and whatnot, but it is not exactly "blackhat" like hacking Google to give yourself a boost. It is about how you can trick it, so falls under legally grey area. Not illegal, not legal per se

Luckly, I stayed away remembering this section 3.3 Rule
