From what I’ve seen, full automation on Reddit doesn’t really last. The platform is very sensitive to patterns, and once things start looking automated, accounts usually don’t survive for long. Some people do use light automation for things like tracking keywords or staying organized, but the actual posting and conversations tend to work best when they’re done manually.
Reddit feels like one of those places where being present and engaging naturally still matters more than scaling everything.

Reddit has been very strict from previous some time and when it detect any sort of automation going on with any account it will instantly ban the account permanently.

Reddit is really bad now they are shutting down accounts left and right . I will advice to use antidetect browser and mobile or residential proxy

We manage 470+ accounts without issue using Fedora and Selenium (And Google Chrome). We have to be careful because reddit's filters have improved the past quarter.

if your purpose is to spam, then you can do it, this is more or less what propaganda bots farms do with a mixture of user generated spam. almost anyone else wont use AUTOMATIon.

With Reddit, it’s not easy to use automation tools. I’ve tried automating account farming, posting, and upvoting before, and the result was that most of the accounts were permanently banned.

Automating which part exactly - account creation, posting, commenting, etc.?
This seems interesting. How do you evade bot-detection on Selenium, I wonder? Also, what's the cost of running these many accounts? What actions have you successfully automated so far?

Scheduling is okay, but commenting bots are risky.
with the stable shadow ban with suspend on new profiles had paused the approval of reddit profile features/engagements automation.

Of course it's possible, it can still be automated with VA work and with physical devices

Some people succeed short term, but most get flagged fast manual, value-driven activity or API‑approved tools are far more sustainable.

Yes, Reddit is quite hard to automate, unless you are willing to accept that your accounts and assets are just temporary solutions.
